The team at the Canopy made a trip to Ithaca for a family emergency that was very stressful so much easier. The team at the front desk handled every detail with aplomb. It’s raining hard and we need to stay dry? They made it happen. Checkin with a dog? They made him feel like a prince. When we needed to extend our stay because medical matters rarely wrap up on a timeline of our choosing? They made sure we wouldn’t have to switch rooms. Tiara at the front was especially exceptional and went above and beyond. As someone who has had the privilege of staying in some wonderful Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton properties, I’d argue the service at the Canopy is even better.

Our experience at this hotel was amazing, and Brooklyn made it even better. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. She always had a smile on her face and a genuinely positive attitude that made us feel right at home. Brooklyn consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during our stay. She is truly a people person and handles every guest with kindness, patience, and care. Employees like Brooklyn are a huge asset to the company and her outstanding customer service is one of the reasons we will definitely return. Thank you Brooklyn for making our stay so memorable!

Most importantly, it's CLEAN. Staff is great-again. I've never seen cleaning folks, just front desk people. I had to call a few times to make reservation adjustments and they were awesome.They do their best to accommodate. They seem happy. The phone gets you right to the front desk-huge plus. rooms are beginning to show a bit of wear-touch up paint, deep cleaning would fix it. I was super comfortable. I always clean surfaces when I check in, and there was no dust, stains, etc on my cloths after I wiped everything down. I'd stay anytime!
